Secure Patient Database

Installed the Simple (Secure) Patient Database on zeck, finishing the SPD2 user story.

* Created SSL test (self signed) certificate on zeck * Configured apache to listen for HTTPS requests (port 443) and forward these to the local zope. This means that connections can be either secure or not, it is up to the user to decide how to access the site. * Allowed incoming connections to port 443 through the firewall * Installed the Patient zope package directly from, since it is likely to be in flux, and less likely to be used elsewhere for the time being. * Updated the Patient package to: * use the 'id' field for the patient ID and the web address * added a consultants field, with the list of consultants generated from /mathis/Plone/consultants_list * added the reminder field to the catalog * created a plone box which searches the site for Patients which are published and have their reminder date after the current date, and just lists the first 5.
